Broken Shell Extractors

Broken shell extractors are tools that help you deal with the results of case head separation which can happen when shooting over-fired or out-of-spec brass in your rifle. Without a caliber specific broken shell extractor you can damage your firearm trying to remove the failed case from the chamber of your rifle.

Every shooter should have at minimum a .223 Broken Shell Extractor and a 7.62x39 Broken Shell Extractor in their range bag. While you may not need it every trip to the range, having a broken shell extractor can save your day when you do need it. You can also have one on hand to lend to other shooters who will appreciate access to this tool.
