As these bayonets were made over 40 years ago, they may have been arsenal refinished with newer plastic grip panels. The bayonet you receive is guaranteed to function 100% on your M1 Carbine, but may have minor differences from the picture. These differences may include the degree of sharpness of the blade and the positioning of the plastic grip panels.
