Factory threaded SIG Mosquito .22 LR pistols need this thread adapter if you want to mount any 1/2x28 TPI threaded accessories such as a suppressor, a flash hider from an AR15 or one of our UNRESTRICTED FAKE SUPPRESSORS, then this is the part that you need. This thread adapter easily replaces the factory thread protector and can easily be installed or removed in seconds with a standard 9/16 open end wrench. The adapter will only work on FACTORY THREADED guns.

The thread adapters are CNC manufactured to precision tolerances in one lathe operation to ensure exact thread alignment. They are hot salt blued to match the finish on your pistol. Note: There are two different Mosquito pistols available. One has a FACTORY THREADED BARREL and one does not. Its easy to tell the difference. If your barrel sticks out past the front of the gun and has a thread protector from SIG that you can unscrew with the factory supplied wrench, then you have a threaded barrel model and our adapter will screw right on and get you to 1/2x28 so you can screw your suppressor on. If your barrel is flush with the end of the gun, then you do not have a factory threaded barrel and this adapter will not work on your gun unless you swap your barrel for a SIG factory threaded barrel.
