# Blackbird Air Guns have a Warranty. They are Warranted to the original owner of the gun from the date of purchase for 90 days. If the gun needs to be repaired the customer can send the gun to EAA directly. Make sure you read about EAA Corp Warranty FAQ first.
The state of New Jersey treats Airguns (BB Guns) the same as real "Firearms". This means you must have the proper license before purchasing airguns. You can fax us a copy of your license. Other states like Washington DC, Chicago IL, Michigan and New York City are restricted as well. It's up to YOU to know the laws in your state, county and city and to fully comply with them. Airguns cannot be sold to people under the age of 21. Adult Signature will be required.
