The RUAG Group is a multinational corporation that was founded in 1998 and finds its headquarters in Bern, Switzerland. The corporation is involved in the aerospace and defense technology industries, with production sites located in Switzerland, Germany, Sweden, Austria, Hungary and the United States. It is also the head of a number of different production divisions, including RUAG Ammotec.

If you are wondering why I am bothering to discuss the RUAG Group at all, it is because RUAG Ammotec took control of MFS 2000 Inc. back in 2008. MFS 2000 Inc. is a Hungarian ammunition manufacturer located in Sirok, Hungary that was originally established in 1952 and is responsible for our MFS .308 Winchester Ammunition. As noted, the brand is renowned for consistent performance, reliability and affordability.
By this point, you probably think the ride is over. Unfortunately it is not and the connections do not end there. It might seem logical that MFS .308 Winchester ammunition is manufactured by MFS 2000 Inc. in Hungary. It is not.
