Step 1

Remove your M10 Gas Mask and Filter Set from their plastic package.

Step 2

Each filter piece is designed specifically to be used for either the left or right side of your mask. By placing a filter piece against the outside of your mask, you can easily determine which filter piece goes into which filter pocket.

Step 3

Remove the black plastic cap from your filter piece prior to inserting it into the mask filter pocket.

Step 4

Open the filter pocket in your mask and begin to insert the filter piece into the filter pocket.

Step 5

Continue to insert the filter piece into the filter pocket, begin to align the filter using the hole in the mask and the hole in the filter as your guide.

Step 6

Carefully align the entire diameter of the filter piece with the filter hole in the side of your mask.

Step 7

The filter cap should now be installed into the mask. It screws into the mask and into the inserted filter piece.

Step 8

Tighten the filter cap until it is hand tight. Repeat these steps with your other filter piece and your mask will then be ready for use.
