Is This Firearm Legal to Own in My State? While we try our best to understand American Firearm Law, it's impossible for us to know ALL of them especially each state has different in-state laws. For this reason, it is your responsibility to find out whether it's legal to own certain type of firearms in your state or not. How Do I Order a Gun? Let us explain the process step-by-step: 1.) If you don't have a firearm license, then you need to find a dealer to transfer for you (see below for more details). 2.) Once we have received your payment and dealer's firearm license, we'll process the order and ship the firearm to your dealer and you can pick it up from there. * This transfer process is not as complicated as it sounds. All you need to do is to find a dealer and we'll take care of the rest. I Don't Have a License, What Do I Do Now? Don't worry! We can always do a "Transfer" for your firearm purchase. You just need to find a gun dealer in your area to transfer the firearm for you. You can find a gun dealer (people who possess Federal Firearm License) at a Local Gun Store, Outdoor Sport Goods Store or even a Pawn Shop. If you still have trouble finding one, please contact us.
