We know how difficult it can be to buy products
online that you can't touch and feel. That's why we stand behind all
orders with our 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you
need to return (or exchange) an item, simply contact our customer
support at 1-800-570-8239 or email
us. However, we do not accept used products,
meaning that if you are not satisfied with the items you receive from
us, you should send them back ASAP. We expect that the returned items
are in relatively good condition.
Return Policy:
# All returns require an RMA number. Failure to obtain an RMA number will result in a 30% restocking fee.
# RMA numbers can be obtained by calling 800-570-8239 M-F 8am-5PM EST.
# Any returns after 14 days shall be assessed a 20% restocking fee.
# No returns will be accepted after 30 days regardless of the reason.
# Shipping charges will not be refunded under any circumstance. |

Order Status |

| At this moment, our website does not support Real Time Order
Status system. This is the case because we do not require our customers
to create an account with us. However, most of the orders (if the
items are in stock) are processed within 24-48 hours and shipped out
the next day or two through United States Postal Service or FedEx
Ground. We do send an email to inform the customers that we have shipped
out the items. If for some reasons you need a Tracking Number, please
give us a call or email us.

Canceling an Order |

| If you need to cancel your order, simply email
us. Please include the Order Number of the order that you would
like to cancel to ensure accuracy. Please note, if your order has
already started processing, you may not be able to cancel it. |

Adding Items to Your Order |
 |
| If you have already completed an order and wish to add an additional item to your order,
you will need to CANCEL your initial order and place a new order. This process is necessary as you must
authorize any new charges to your order. To cancel an order, simply email us. Please
include the Order Number of the item that you would like to cancel to insure accuracy.

My Package Is Lost? |
 |
There are many reasons why your package may be lost. The most common reason is that the delivery driver may have left the package at the wrong house. Please check with your neighbours first to see if they have your package as the driver may have left it with them.
If the package is truly lost, our normal procedure is to file a Claim and it can take up to 30 days to have any kind of resolution. We will not refund before the Claim has been resolved.
If the customer requests "No Signature" when the order was placed (either on the phone or in Customer Comment section), then our company WILL NOT be responsible for the loss of the package. |
