| What Shipping Methods are Available? |
 |
Any item that is in stock is generally shipped within
24 hours. We ship all orders through Fedex Ground or USPS. For additional
cost, we can expedite shipping through Fedex 2-day or Fedex Overnight but please make sure
you instruct us in the Customer Comments text-field when you check out. You
will be contacted with shipping quotes on all expedited orders.
We are not responsible for service transit time. Shipping Delivery Time is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Note that transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods. |

| Do We Offer Express Shipping Methods? |

Yes, we offer FedEx 2Day, FedEx Standard Overnight and FedEx Priority Overnight. You can also choose US Postal Service Express Mail but in most cases, FedEx express service is better in our opinion.
Requirement for express service:
1.) FedEx does not deliver to PO Box address.
2.) There will be additional charge for FedEx Saturday Delivery because Saturday is NOT a business day. All Next Day services are next "business" day, so if you place an order on Friday and choose FedEx Standard Overnight, you won't receive it until the following Monday, unless you request for FedEx Priority Overnight + Saturday Delivery. The Saturday shipping cost is usually +40 dollars. You'll have to call us and let us know if you want the package on Saturday.
3.) If the order is placed before 4:30pm Eastern Time and we do have the product(s) you ordered in stock, we can ship your package out right away most of the time.
4.) Name on the credit card and shipping address must match. If not, we will need time to verify with you and sometimes it means delay in shipment. |

How Do I Return an Item? |

| If for some reasons you need to return an item,
please contact us BEFORE returning the item because you will need a Return Number. Email
us or give us a call at: 1-800-570-8239.
We will instruct you how to return the items. |

How Do I Get a Refund? |
 |
| We usually refund to your Credit Card but if you
send in a Money Order to purchase from us, we can send you a Company
Check for you to deposit. Shipping charges are not refundable. |

What's Our Refund Policy ? |
 |
- All returns require an RMA Number. Failure to obtain an RMA Number will result in a 30% restocking fee.
- RMA Numbers can be obtained by calling 800-570-8239 M-F 8am-5pm EST.
- Any returns after 14 days shall be assessed a 20% restocking fee.
- No returns will be accepted after 30 days regardless of the reason.
- Shipping charges will not be refunded under any circumstance. |

Do You Ship Oversea? |
 |
Many items we sell can be shipped overseas. Examples of items that can be
shipped are flags, bayonets and flare signal guns. Examples of items that cannot be
shipped are firearms. Each foreign order will be examined
on a case-by-case basis to determine whether it it eligible to be shipped
to your destination or not.
We are now collecting $5.00 Export Permit fees. This is NOT a guaranteed service. After the order is completed, we will send you a Custom Form serial number that is going to be scanned in by USPS Postal. This Custom Form is not a Tracking Number but a proof that the package has been sent.
Our company will not refund money if the package is lost in your country's postal service. United States Postal Service is only responsible for delivering the package to your country. They do not deliver the package to your house.
The only way to get a tracking number is by choosing Global Express mail. Regular Air Letter Post and Air Letter Mail do not offer tracking number service. |
