opened the package and it looks brand new. good quality and shipping was fast. i bought it as a JIC insurance bio/chem accident ,doubt if will ever used it but might come in handy when i will paint my garage in a few years. (Posted on 8/8/12)

Manufactured at Seyntex. Clearly unissued; I received a 1985 piece, still hermetically sealed in vacuum packs. It consists of the hooded jacket, the overalls, overboots, and gloves. Lots of pockets, feels durable, looks well-made. The gloves are rubber and strongly resemble lineman's gloves; I would recommend getting a different set of gloves, like chemically-treated NBC leather ones, for greater dexterity. All in all, this is a better price than can be found at most other surplus stores. Bear in mind that the suit feels very heavy and hot; that'll be the least of your worries in an ammonia tank spill or dirty bomb attack, of course! Also: the suit is not "large to x-large", i.e. in a single size, but rather it's available in "large" OR "x-large". Not a big deal, just be sure of what you're getting.

This suit would also be perfect for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. cosplay. :) (Posted on 6/14/12)
