Never dealt with cosmoline before but expected some on these 50+ year old mags. I placed it in a shallow container with high concentrate degreaser. A little scrubbing with a plastic brush and the stuff came right off. These look great and can only imagine what and where they have been, that's what makes them kinda neat. Who knows how many are left in surplus or how long these will be around so I'm scooping up a handful. These look and function great in my MPA930T.
