This is a rare Military Surplus Body Armor with Ceramic Plates (Front and Back). If you are a Army Vests collector, you do not want to let this one slip away! This is the authentic Military Armour made by a Bristish contract company "Bristol Armor Company / Bristol Composite Materials Engineering Limited" for the German National Army.
The vest itself (without the two Plates) is rated as a Flexible Body Armor, GRADE K10/TAB 5. Our research shows the vest has multiple layers of kevlar surrounding an advanced insert.
The condition of the armor ranges from Good to Very good. These vests have been worn, so there are small stains on some of them.
One size fits Medium to X-Large Body Size. The velcro attachments are very flexible. The person in the picture is 5'7, 165lbs. This should fit up to 250-260lbs.

The cermanic inserts can be removed and placed into a modern MOLLE style armor plate carrier for an updated look!
All vests are free from tears and have not been compromised in any manner.
These vests are built tough and weigh approximately 18 pounds.

These vests represent a real value that is seldom seen in the commercial marketplace. To purchase just the ceramic plates that come with this vest you would spend $500-$600 dollars and would still need to spend more on a plate carrier.
There are some circumstances when soft body armor will not protect you from threats you may face. This vest is designed for real-world military threats where enemys are firing rifle caliber machine guns at soldiers. It will surely help protect you from anything you may face domestically.
