This surplus Tactical Body Armor has Groin Protection and Gun Holster built into the vest and it's rated SK-1, which is equvalent to NIJ Level IIIA. The armor is in Very Good to Excellent condition and it's imported from Germany. We understand small security companies and security guards may not be able to afford brand new body armor that costs over $500. This is when used vests like this become useful because they are very affordable and they offer some protection. While we cannot guarantee the vests (as the warranty has expired), we believe it is better to wear something than nothing! We only have Large Size in stock for chest size 43-45". The person in the picture is about 5'7 165lbs. It should fit people up to 6 feet 180-185lbs.
Mehler Tactical Bullet Resistant Body Armor has 3 Ballistic inserts, one for the chest area, one for the back and one for the groin are. You can remove the groin protector if you want. The pieces are supported by velcro. You can even put Ceramic Plate
in the front and rear pocket! We have tried it with a ballistic plate 10" x 12". The most interesting thing about this vest is the Gun Holster. You can put small to medium size pistols in the holster.
This is not a concealable vest!
