<p>I'm always wearing hats. So much so my gf hates it. When I saw 5.11 released it in the Kangaroo color I immediatly bought it. And it looks great with my tan USMC patch on it. Great quality hat. Very comfortable and has absorbed my sweat without discoloring so far. Will absolutely buy more of this hat in other colors.</p>

<p>Saw this cover online on sale, my favorite colour is the darker varieties of red, the was listed as "Oxide Red" so I looked up a color palette and liked what I saw and immediately ordered it, along with a few other needed things... When I received the cover, it was more Orange than any shade of red (nowhere near the Oxide Red shown in the colour palette). Very disappointed with the colour, otherwise the fit/style is great and it can show off part of my 5.11 patch collection... Names of the 5.11 colours should be better scrutinized to match the actual colour of the product, for future reference.</p>

<p>The fit and hat itself are amazing. However, after years of regular use, the black hat looks like it spent years in bleach. My only suggestion would be that the hat needs to upgrade to nylon or hybrid because the cotton alone refuses to hold its dye.</p>

<p>I have like 6 of them. Different colors to go with whatever I’m wearing. I prefer my orange one, though, so it’s been through miles of hikes, some swims, and even some scuba diving. It’s also been snatched up by a puppy and chewed a bit. It’s held up really well. It fits perfect, looks great, and shows its wear and tear well. If you like a low profile, form-fitting hat that you can put patches on (don’t know why you actually would, though), this is your hat.</p>

<p>This cap fit great and was very comfortable even through a Maryland summer. Unfortunately, the dye used in this product appears to have a lifespan of about 6 months. After 6 months, my dark grey cap had become almost white, except for the bill which retained it’s original dark grey color.</p>

<p>Bought this hat today with a patch. Area to attach hat is 3.5" while patch is 3 inches wide. Maybe I didn't by the correct sized patch? Patch is from 5.11 and is 2"x3"</p>
