550 Paracord 100ft - Purple - Rothco

The product looks and feels durable. We haven't put it to the test, but I'm confident it will hold up well. Great for survival, general camping/hiking needs, crafting, to tie things down or create new uses, and just because it's cool. Good purchase.

This is 550 military paracord. It works great. Just don't plan on being able to burn it, as it will smell like smoke for the rest of it's life. As for durability, I am a firefighter and have rappelled down multiple flights of stairs with several pounds hanging from the end. There is only a small section that shows wear, as the picture displays. Also this paracord does seem a little more expansive than others I have used, so the reason for the extra price I believe. All in all I would buy this again, and probably will when the one I have is no longer usable.

Quality cord at an excellent price. Exactly what I was looking for to make 2 projects, a watch holder/bandana, & a hat liner. My hat size is 7 1/4, and the fit is a little tight, but it should stretch some as I use it.

Great strong product. I bought this for just in case reasons, not having this is almost like having nothing. Stores up nicely in any camping bag or bug out bag. Also love that the ends have strippers already cut on them so you can have clean frays when you use it for rope purposes, keeps your cuts out of everything else. And just to top it off its cheap so ive got a spare now in my pack for a long travel distance and an extra hanging in my kitchen to do those fun emergency rope things like drying laundry, making a hang bridge, and many more useful camp gadgets that you just need some extra paracord for. (yes my paracord and I are close, very close. That way if he wants a bath ill be there for the soap, then ill scrub off the grime, shave the day off with my fresh whiskers, make sure his jacket and gloves are still on, shove a warm drink down his gullet and then give him the final cuddle before i snuff it. *deep chuckle in corner* oh wait i meant replace my rope.. *in another deep voice i clear my throat with my tongue planted firmly in my cheek* ...... i replace my rope. I repeat, rope! Gets the old pineapple moving right! Buy a pack and hang it from your head as a toque, take it for a ride, hang a steak, your gonna love this thing! Plus i read online that bikers and off-road enthusiasts are taking it for some rather exciting testimonial uses. (Oh how that biker feels so free with paracord, no gps, no bouncing, going his own way. No need for paracord for you though unless youve got at least a gallon jug of Hempateas. So long haters
