The USAF ABU Modular Sustainment Pouch is an authentic pouch issued to Airmen in the United States Air Force. This pouch would be used along with the Air Force LCS system to give airmen the ability to carry essentials into combat zones or for in-the-field exercises. With the standard buckle and straps for attachment points, you can fit this sustainment pouch to a number of different tactical gear platforms. WIth the Digital Tigerstripe camouflage, you'll have one of the most interesting camouflage patterns being fielded by the US military today.

...straps. The only straps on it are loops sewn here and there, and buckles on the end. Can't use it as a fanny pack... no straps. This is, as the listing said, a part of a greater system that apparently has mounting devices ON THE SYSTEM, since there really aren't any on the pouch.
Still, it's a high quality bag.. looks like it's never been used. I can still use it for what I got it for (top bags on adventure bike panniers), but I was expecting attachment straps. Be advised, there are none. It's just a bag.
