This new production AK47 cleaning rod is manufactured by AIM Sports to complete military specifications. The military pattern AK-47 features a cut out in the lower hand guard to accept a cleaning rod with a latch to hold it in place under the front sight block. With the design of the cleaning rod being one piece with a large end, it can be a very useful tool for removing stuck cases from the chamber of your gun as well.
