Description

The Browning Hi Power has been one of the most widely fielded pistols in the world. Since it was first designed, there have been military and civilian security teams who have used the Hi Power for decades. The high capacity, common 9x19mm round, ergonomic light weight design has made the Hi Power a favorite and no where has this been more apparent is in Belgium where the original Hi Power pistols were made by FN.

These Belgian police surplus Hi Power holsters were in active duty use only a few years ago. With the wide spread use of the Hi Power among the Belgian police, there has been an abundance of high quality holsters and accessories coming out of Belgium for the Hi Power. These particular holsters were made for the Belgian police by Radar 1957 of Italy. Radar 1957 takes the very best in current holster design and allow a military classic like the Browning Hi Power to be carried securely and professionally by security officers and citizens.

Great holster
Review by Kyle
Great holster for the price! While I'm certainly impressed with the price of the holster, there is a concern of the way the gun is carried in the holster itself. I prefer the cocked and locked method of carry for all of my pistols, however, unlocking the retention band can sometimes get in the way of the hammer. Thus greatly hindering the unholster the Hi Power in a stressful situation, necessitating the condition 3 carry of the gun. While a slight modification to the band would fix this, this is something the Italian company Radar should have thought while designing the holster. Although my holster might be slightly different during the manufacturing process than other holsters of the same model.
