CMMG AR15 Gun Builders Lower Parts Kit

I bought two of these lower parts kits. Using one for repair, other is spare.

Nice to have back up parts just in case you screw up.

Parts kit was ok for the most part. The bolt release roll pin is junk though. I have done many lowers and have the correct roll punches. But this pin mushroomed after just a few taps. Also, kit would have been better if it had a trigger guard included, but other than that, everything fit ok. For the novice, it would have been nice if the parts card was printed on the back side so that you could easily match the parts if you leave them in the clam-shell package.

Second build I've used this on. Fits and functions perfectly

This kit gave me 3 take down pin detents when it was supposed to be 2 with a selector detent that is different. I dont have the selector detent with the flat bottom

May have been on sale, but they're great parts and the fact they are labeled really helped me being a new to the lower building game

The pieces went together on the lower like they are supposed to. One my next build I will be using the same kit again. I really like that I could buy CMMG parts cause its letting me support a company out of my home state of Missouri
