This 224-C (AKA SOF-BG 7'' ) is a high quality folder that compares favorably to other higher cost blades, except perhaps Gerber or Esee! For the cost you are really getting a bargain and it is likely a purchase you will not regret! The thumbstud safety on the blade-guard combination works very well. Blade steel and overall design should give many years of heavy use.

The blade size and the weight is great but I think the grip area could use a little improvement and the metal is not the same high quality that it use to be with this knife I don't believe it has improved over time with this company. I am afraid it will not last

This is the most perfect large EDC that I have ever owned. The build is incredible and the blade holds an edge for an absurd amount of time. Highly recommend for every outdoorsman, soldier, cop, and even civilian as well. The safety on this bad boy also provides more than enough safety to prevent ever cutting yourself by mistake. This knife was an absolute joy to own. It was small enough to carry with me every day, but was big enough to be useful. The double lock system is one of my favorite parts of the knife.

Amazing quality, still sturdy, use daily for scissors etc. only down side I think is I don't really have enough strong language words of praise. The picture with one being held above another and looking like a nice thing in someone's palm just seems tacky. This could also be me though, I just prefer to show off stuff in a way that people appreciate instead of trying to win something with reviews. But all in all amazing quality I wish I had gotten this earlier. Oh but did anyone notice the butter knife. I know knives like this are made to a more rugged audience but I can't tell you how much joy I get out of having a full sized butter knife I'm going to hold in my paw to cut a single slab of fresh jalapeño jack cheese off of a waxed brie log. Its just a hobby really, my true calling is to sit at a keyboard somewhere pushing my numbers in certain ways to achieve certain outcomes with 2 key clicks in under a few seconds every 3 minutes for a hundred or so hours a week.

This is the M6 version just a little smaller. What to say the one the M6 but this 2 inches smaller .

I love this knife. It's very sturdy and well made. The only thing I don't like about it is that the blade doesn't close all the way. I wish it was just a little bit longer so it would close more completely but overall it's a great knife.

This is my first CRKT knife and it won't be my last. The blade locking mechanism is awesome and easy to use. The sheath is well made and has a great retention system. The only downside is the clip is too wide to wear on my belt but it works fine in my pants pocket.

I've had this knife for about 2 years now and it has been great. It is very sharp right out of the box and stays that way. The blade lock works well but you have to be careful when opening/closing because it can pop open if you are not gentle.

This is a great little knife. It's lightweight and very sharp. The only thing I don't like about it is the sheath. The clip is too tight to get on or off without taking the knife out of the sheath.
