good and warm, best ever

They are very warm. Have used them for several years. Would not use anyother product. Ready for winter cold to start.

Literally the best ever.

These are gosh darned expensive, but worth every cent. Being from fairly up north in Canada I need a lot of insulation. These are very thick, extremely comfortable, and the Small fit me very well at 6'1", 170lbs (wicking layers should be skin tight),

I've bought other brands where the Small size was tight, but either uncomfortable or too short for my height. In those brands, a medium is then too loose.

There is a drop down "flap" on the back of the shirt to insulate more skin when you bend over, works very well.

Anyway, these are the best out there, by far, and I'll be buying more.

Quality, fit, function, price: all good

It was a gift. Recipient loved it. Fit was important to him; he said he'll wear this for skiing, which was our intention. But another similar shirt we purchased fit too loose to be effective as a base layer for skiing, though it will be fine for casual everyday wear.

My dad loved how warm his shirt was. He works in the oilfield and sets gate and now he will stay warm.

Good weight, short sleeves

After reading the reviews on this product I decided to buy a Small instead of my normal Med. I wanted a tighter fitting thermal. I was happy with my choice. The shirt fit perfectly, except for the sleeves. The sleeves seemed to fit a bit smaller and shorter than the rest of the shirt. It's not a big deal, I can still wear the shirt fine. I like the weight and feel of the shirt.

comfortable material

although this is a mens thermal top, i enjoyed wearing it outdoor as a base t-shirt,feel soft and warm wearing it under a jacket on cold days here.

Warm and comfortable alone or as a base layer

I've worn and washed this a few times and haven't noticed any quality issues. The fabric is a thick two-layer weave, it is both stretchy and comfortable. The fit is good - a bit small, which is fine since it works well as a base layer. The sleeves are a little short. The seam stitching is rather prominent, but that's probably due to the fabric itself being thick. I haven't noticed any of the unraveling that another reviewer noticed, but it's still relatively new. It does say machine wash cold, tumble dry low, use no softener, so be careful about that. If I have any problems I'll update this but so far it's good.

Warm but poor quality.

Bought top and bottoms and both have strings everywhere out of the seems after 2 washes. Wouldn't buy these again for this price there are much better products.

Not for Minnesota winters!

This Duofold top will do very little in the way of insulating against truly cold weather, such as temperatures below 15 degrees. You would do better to simply add another layer of clothing.

Great top

The top do actually keep the body warmth and really good for cold weather. I'm in Seattle and used it the day I got it the temp was around 45-50F 7-10C and I was warring light clothing only this and a long sleeve shirt, i didn't feel as much cold compared to when i used to ware 4 layers of clothing.

material is good and feels alright doesn't itch so far.

I highly recommend it for winter sports, or just to keep warm in the cold weather.
