Ordered 3--each one was of a different material and a slightly different style. All had elastic around the rim, each one designed differently (one with a sewn channel for a thin bungee cord, the other two with sewn-in elastic).

All had standard French-pattern woodland camo out the outside, and one of the three was white on the inside (whether or not by design, this *one* is functionally reversible to white (snow) camo.)

Size is quite large--easily covers large ALICE, large MOLLE II, etc.

Now the downside: All were very well worn, with many pinhole tears/scuffs/holes. Although I haven't tested the water repellency of any of the actual fabrics, I'd say the "water *resistant*" description is probably true. In addition, for one of them, the sewn-in elastic was shot, although there were other attachment fittings on the rim that should still make it usable.
