The French Leather MAT Sling is a military surplus sling for the French MAT-49 sub-machine gun. This vintage sling is made from leather, and is available in three colors - black, brown, and tan. The MAT-49 saw extensive use in Vietnam and was the standard issue sub-machine gun in all former French Colonies until it was replaced.

Description

The French Leather MAT Sling is a vintage sling that was originally used by soldiers in the French army. Made from leather with metal clips and buckles, this sling would have been issued along with the MAT-49 sub-machine gun to soldiers fighting for France. Like all vintage leather slings, this MAT-49 sling can be used with a variety of different firearms or can be repurposed as a shoulder strap for your favorite bag.
