Heavyweight but then Midweight??

I bought a few of these about a year ago and when I received them, they were a nice pair of heavyweight cotton longjohns packaged inside plastic with a barcode. They were in unused condition and marked with the Number "5" on an inner label, which I am guessing, refers to the weight or thickness. I was impressed and ordered some more a few months later and had not thought about opening the plastic bags the drawers came in.
It wasn't until recently that I finally opened the bags and realized that these more recently purchased drawers were not the same heavyweight cotton as the other ones. They were much closer to midweight cotton and had a number "4" in the size label, instead of a "5". I was disappointed because I wanted heavyweight fabric as it gets pretty cold here and that is what I had thought I was receiving.
The "Number 4" longjohns are still quality and came unused, but these kind of things should be disclosed in the listing. Are we purchasing heavyweight or are we purchasing midweight drawers??
