Great Tripod In Excellent Condition
Review by Jack
Bought this tripod a month ago, after buying the Keep Shooting MG42/MG3 AA tripod.

The AA tripod was in excellent condition. So, I went for the MG42/.MG3 Ground Tripod.

This Ground Tripod is an amazing piece of engineering. The tripod is in excellent condition. Every part opened and operated without any resistance, right out of the box, Later, I just squirted a little WD40 here and there to ensure further smooth operation.

The optical sight is clear as bell. The battery box for the night operations lights looks unused. Put in four (4) D batteries and the bulbs light right up. Several spare bulbs came with the battery box.

If you are considering a purchase of a MG43/MG3 ground tripod go for this Keep Shooting's offering. Everything I have purchased from this company has been top quality.

Very nice tripod
Review by Marcus
I purchased one of these with some Yugo belts. Its quite nice. It took me awhile to figure out all the bells and whistles. If someone asked for an example of German over-engineering, I would show them this tripod.

The optics that came with it were crystal clear. Was expecting them to have some signs of use, but looked like they were never even mounted.
