We've got an awesome new German Military Combat Harness in stock and priced right! This combat harness is current German military issue gear, which means it was designed to work in the toughest conditions and not fail.
For one low price, you get a complete four piece set. The pieces included with this set are the large pistol belt, harness suspenders, shovel pouch, and a butt pack.
You will be amazed at how useful this combat harness is with the potential uses being limitless. We've had customers use them as a tool belt when doing construction and even an extra pack for hiking trips.
Bought this with 2 G3 Pouches and they fit great on this. The harness straps and belt are a little worn, but that does not pose a problem. The butt pouch and the shovel pouch are in excellent condition and are great to store your things in. There is even a Velcro square for patches on the front right strap above the pouch mounting studs, a very pleasant surprise for me. Despite the wear, I am very happy with this purchase and will buy more pouches for this kit in the future.
comfortable and versatile!
With the range of attachments available for these, they make great airsoft rigs! Very secure, too. Nothing flops around with these!
All there in good shape
1st,- mine came with everything advertised
2.- nothing needed repair, the backpack had a small repair done under a strap, very well sewn, about the size of a nickel, green thread blended in. Light fraying on harness, at the ends, but very serviceable.
3. Mag Pouch and shovel cover seemed to be new.
4. Belt is quite large - I had to cinch it almost all the way over a 38" waist. Not as adjustable as older U.S. web belt.
5. the Pack or the shovel (e-tool) cover can be worn mid back on the harness, or worn on the belt. However, its going to take the buddy system to get anything out, unless you remove the harness if worn mid-back.
It's a good kit, well built. I like the attachment system much better than the old "ALICE" system.
Happy with purchase
Harness has seen some use/ beginning to slight fray on 2 straps but it'll hold; belt was slightly used, shovel pouch is almost brand new; Butt pack has seen use and is really haversack that fits on the upper back of harness system not lower like smaller volume ALICE butt packs and will need me to rivet to fix one side; G3 ammo pouch is almost at end of life with fraying and hole in top. Bought 2 additional g3 mag pouches from KS also with this purchase, and they are in excellent to good condition as well as four ALICE converter clips
Solid harness, was mildly disappointed that the e-tool pouch was not compatible with my father's old e-tool, since his was not folding, guess GI Surplus and German Surplus wouldn't work out. It was missing the ammo pouch but I don't believe I'll miss it too much since I have a GI surplus bandoleer instead. Overall great harness and I can't wait to take it in the woods with me.
good except for the missing peice
So, this is the second combat harness i bought from KS, the first being the Swedish Combat set and this German Combat harness is far sturdier. However, as the review above states, the ammo pouch was not included. Despite this i am thoroughly pleased with my purchase
Great Value, But Some Problems
I just received my 2 harnesses yesterday. I would first like to thank Keepshooting, though, for delivering another quality, unique item at an affordable price. Keep up the great work! Now on to the harnesses- one of the harnesses was in very good shape. It has signs of use, but aside from some discoloration, slightly corroded studs on the belt, and some wear on the straps, everything was in great shape and still has many years of use left in it. The other harness was a little more worn in, however. Not necessarily in bad shape, but definitely used. More corrosion on the metal studs and more fraying of the cotton straps compared to the other harness. Still worth the money. One thing was missing from both packages, though- the magazine pouches. Neither of the rigs included the advertised mag pouch. I do not blame this on Keepshooting, but rather they may not have been imported with that piece. While this is disappointing, I understand that I bought a surplus item and these kind of things happen with surplus products. Despite this, the rigs were still worth the money and should not be passed up!
