It is perfect for use as a poncho liner. The fabric is very light and breathable, but has decent durability for the intended purpose. Very comfortable, great quality, great value. Would buy again.

Material was a bit too thin, the poncho doesn't have much body to it. You'd have to fold a regular poncho several times before it was this thin. That said it would do it's job and seems very waterproof. It also fits well into a small pack, although the nylon seems like it would rip easy. Overall, great value.

Works great and well made. Will buy another one when needed. Fits over a taller person like me and does not blow in the wind. Tip, try to tie the strings at your ankles.

Looks like it’s good quality

When I got this I was super hesitant to use it but then it decided to start raining heavily where I am and it was awesome it kept the rain out really well. So I bought another one just for my truck so I have it if the unspeakable occurs again.

A real Military Designer/Producer of High Quality Rain poncho. This item is worth of five stars rating. Not all US based vendors produce Military grade or good Quality items for outside uses. I own many Military types of weather gear and accessories, so does my family members. We purchase several kinds of weather and camping gear from all US & other worldwide US based vendors. So we are able to see the difference of Quality, Warranty terms and Materials strengths and durability while outside usages, in camp and when weather goes too hot or below normal tempature outings like hiking and kayaking or snow hiking, skiing and during extreme outdoors hurrican and typhoon extreme storms in my Homeland. While camping, kayaking and some day time events, we wear light Rain coats with rain/flood over pants, boot and gloves. But on night time outdoor adventures, especially during cold climates, in tents/ cabins/ yurt and hammock hikes, we wear thick light material thermal type Rain Ponchos, lightweight Parka, Snowsuit or heavy snow pants with jackets, heavy fleece and even cotton/ canvas Blanket Roll ups or quilts for bed. Some days we even wear a Thin waterproof raincoat on us when its raining on or off, for safety measure. It is important to carry a rain poncho or or some type of raingear, while outside during a rain and some cold temperature events like freezing rains, blizzards and ice storms, which happen rarely on my region and my area. When i go outside for hiking or on camp outing, depending on how and where i will hike, camp or adventure, and in which types of weather (extreme weather or regular rainy season), i will be wearing any kind of jackets and trousers depending on my comfort, safety and protection for the days I will be away. I will carry any and all gear items I feel the need to wear for the duration of my camping trip/experience. I never will over pack and always make sure I am ready to weather and cold temperature changes on my home town and

I bought this to use as a lightweight tent liner and it's great. It's very waterproof and seems well made. The only thing I don't like about it is how bulky it is. It takes up too much space in my pack when compared to a regular tarp.
