    the color was a bit darker than expected. i did have a bit of trouble putting on the stock, i almost didn't have enough "spacing" for it to slide on the receiver and then when i tightened it down it wasn't lining up straight and even when tightened up all the way, the end plate on the stock kept slipping forward. it did line up straight and snug up when i applied pressure on the front. I used an air blower to get rid of any debris that might have prevented it from sliding on and staying in place. The color is a little bit darker than expected but its a good stock/handgrip.

    Love the feel of this kit and it fit perfect. Only regret is I didn't buy it sooner. I bought this to fix a poor performing tactical rig that came with some korean made bits and this kit fixed everything that came with it and it looks great too. Will buy another for my 308 build. Oh and yes there are places that have it cheaper than here but the time it takes to ship, get stuck in the customs of some country or left at a shipping terminal far exceeds any cost advantage of going somewhere else for it.

    Fits my Anderson CSA PRS16 AR perfectly. Easy installation and nice fit. Looks great too. The buttpad seems to come off easy when installing and you have to pay attention so you dont miss the little tab to lock it in place. Once it's on though it doesn't come off. Grip fits nice and secure.

    This grip and collapsible stock is very well made. It is made of quality materials. The fit is excellent and is easy to install. It feels very comfortable and snug on the firearm. If you're thinking about getting this you should just go ahead and get it. The cost is well worth it for the quality. It feels and looks better than the basic polymer parts that are on most guns. I like it so much I bought another one to use on another firearm. I really like these hogue grips and collapsible stocks. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a grip and stock.

    I am now 75 yrs old and began shooting an AR style rifle back in the mid 1980's . Over the years I've been pleased with several different companies furniture, Hogue and Behr/Springfield grips are some of my favorites, but their priced way too high in the aftermarket. When this set came up on sale I jumped on it. Quality product, as always. Price was better than the sales at other web sites . Arrived promptly as usual . Shipping costs went up recently, they are still reasonable. Hogue buttstock is easily fitted and eliminates slop in the receiver. There is enough room to easily place the grip on without guessing. Hogue brand products are expensive but are of high quality. I have several Hogue gun grips on hand for my lever rifles and pistols.
