This came with the Velcro attached, not separately, so that is good. Velcro has worn through in a month, which is not good. The actual morale patch itself is nice and detailed, but I was expecting it to be bigger.

Bought this for the misses dog. Seems to work great, very fun. Recommended. The writing can easily peel off if rubbed. The velcro on the rear can also peel if pulled off, or could have just been an anomaly. Still good quality. My patch has 16 red and green hearts all in tact. Not even a single part missing. Only issue with patches like this is you have a high chance of it ripping. I've had several patches in my day, and patch Velcro is my weakness, it just seems to have the biggest failure. I've never put so much faith in anything as I have on velcro patches. Maybe that's why I've had so many issues, but this is the second patch I've gotten from NostalgiaGrip (First one I purchased on Amazon as a novelty) that has exceeded my expectations, as a staple in her tactical toolkit it has seen some use and still hangs on strong! If you need to stick your thing on something in the field I would highly recommend it. And who knows, she may use it as a patch on her big girl pants someday too, if not, well, she can just hang onto it forever and remember that when times get hard her old man is out there keeping the evil men away with just the strength of his lunch in his pants, hahaha. But for real... buy this patch! I am also adding a review for the Nostalgia Grip brand patches, they all seem to be excellent in the details and finish of the work. Even if you're looking to customize something else or personalize something you already own, NostalgiaGrip has what you need. Highly recommend, if for no other reason then the stickiness of velcro alone! ;)

Beautiful! The hook part comes in two pieces so the entire front fastens to the base, Velcro side. If you can't stitch you will not be able to attach it to a jacket.
