I gave this to my son for his birthday on Oct 13, and exactly one month later the slide doesn’t go all the way back. So he has to keep cocking it, which is the reason he wanted to buy the gun, so he wouldn’t have to keep cocking it. And the return window is only one month, so I can even return it.

I've read some of the other reviews focused on the lower rated ones. I think some people just got a lemon. I believe anything you purchased from anywhere it's just luck of the draw. Weather or not you just happen to get something that slipped through quality control. At least that's been my experience with on line purchases. I've put 3clips through this pistol and using one bottle no issues as of yet. Happy so far it dose seem to land up and to left a bit at 15ft. But if your a shooter you'll be able to compensate. Let's face it it's a BB gun. And for the price I am having fun with it.

Can't be more disappointed. My son has a $7 BB gun that has lasted years but this $100+ 1911 one broke in a few months. Disgraceful.
Air Venturi (the manufacturer) would not stand by their warranty at all. It's actually worthless. They wanted to charge my son for the INTERNAL parts that failed! You can't even access the parts so they can only break bc they're poorly made and defective.
My son is incredibly disappointed, as are we, but we're also disgusted in the manufacturer -- for making a product that breaks before even getting through one pack of BBs, not standing by their worthless fake warranty, and for trying to scam a kid or of money over the phone. Disgusting!

PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTION’S FOR USE WHEN YOU PURCHASE!! Theres a ton of important info in the manual! I learned alot and its important to treat these things with care and respect. Anyway, I love it. Reloading it is ASMR to my ears. Its got a perfect balance because YES it is Metal!! It holds 18 steel bbs and my only downside is it shoots about 60-70 bbs before the co2 cartridge runs out. So yeah. DONT LEAVE C02 IN UR GUN WHEN UR NOT USING IT. USE ALL OF IT WHEN SHOOTING AND PLACE BB GUN IN SAFE, HIGHLY SEALED AND DRY AREA WITHOUT C02.
