They're just okay for hunting and target shooting. You will not have good dexterity. They are pretty warm.
Nice and comfy but the stitching already coming apart. Good luck

I love the gloves and the fact that I can wear glasses and not have to worry about them getting smashed or something like that. Only down side I see is the stitching already coming apart, not good. Not to mention I had one glove that was 2 fingers longer than the other one, no idea why but the size was accurate to the description. I bought the gloves to work in the kit room at my old base (Royal Air Force station Wyton) where the old C-130s are stationed so lots of tight spaces to work in where having a glove that will let you grab things isn't always ideal so yeah I would recommend these. Not to work in cold areas where the winter is harsh. I did use them at Christmas and they were ok I suppose but it wasn't too cold where they couldn't handle the chill so don't buy these if your hands are extremly cold in -10 weather or colder.
High-end gloves at great prices!

As an Army Reserve paratrooper, I was required to have these gloves for everyday patrols. For the most part, these gloves work well for a variety of tasks. My favorite pair that I purchased came from Mechanix (Mechanixs, I believe), at a great deal on Amazon.

I like these gloves, They are comfortable and do the job. My old tactical pair that were 2.5 size, finally fell apart and so I ordered a new pair. I hope these hold up better than the last. These are well made and should last me a long time.

This pair of gloves have great quality! Not sure if the finger size will match the finger size on the hand. Fit great for the rest of the hand. Only problem was when it comes to opening a door with the hook style door lock, the fingertips just dont have the finger length to pull up the little tab that disengages the lock.

I got the m'pact because I needed gloves for my gig with the highway patrol. I don't work as a truck driver, just a humble motorcycle cop in Southern California. I have found them well built, with a great feel, very good in both colder and hotter weather (still no worse than cotton, as it is here) and they hold up to a bit of hard work as well as all sorts of abuse that comes along in law enforcement. Great, solid work gloves and/or protection if working with some heavy stuff (especially when wet). I haven't tested them much with really cold weather but have had the heat tested them in the 100s and not even wilted yet. They're still snug on me but hold up well and they wash and dry great. A really good deal for a solid, good-feeling pair of gloves. If they last as long as my camelback has (over a decade!) they'll be good for a while! And you know the quality when you feel them.
Great for motorcycle use

Great for motorcycle use, a must for cold days or any days with multiple fingers and/or hard impacts, such as sand or stones. Have owned a pair for years, no wear yet and I ride year round.
I love these

Love these. Just don't leave the house without them. Super warm and great for work. Super grippy and will definitely last you a long time if taken care of. Highly recommend for winter. Also have been throwing things around and they are just as tough. Love that I don't have to change gloves. Love these so much, ordered a 2nd pair for my gf.
Good Gloves. . . If You Fit Them!

Good Gloves . . . With Two BIG Issues! (1) Sizing of the gloves . . . apparently many people, including myself, do not fall into the size of XL as far as finger lengths. I found the length was still a tad short, the finger length and width were spot on. If the XL was too short I am afraid the L or even the M will not even be on the proper finger length or girth, not even close! This should not stop anyone from buying these. . . just know the proper fit is going to be a challenge for the 2XL or even the XL sizing (mine was XL. You have to think and look ahead when trying to purchase. Don't expect to go with the same sizing as you do with the non-mechanixgloves you own or even other brands. You need at least one size up. (2) Velcro! Don't you just love it when your gloves are starting to loosen after about 10 minutes of work and you go to the Velcro strap to tighten them up only to discover the strap has nowhere near enough width to accommodate the straps that have gone through the Velcro loops! Not a big deal to just wear them a little looser and not worry about it. . . unless you have had the tendency to wear your gloves a bit on the tight side! That being said, I like them, would buy again if needed, but . . . the right sizing is an issue.
