These are my first pair of Mechanix Tactical gloves. The fit was just right, the size chart was a big help. They came up to my wrist in the right place. Some gloves are too short, some are too long. These hit the "Goldilocks" level.
Wore these on my next trip to the range. Very positive grip, no problems with dexterity. It was nice not to have to take them off when using my cellphone or tablet.

Buy at least two pairs of these a year because I lose them or I wear through if I’m lucky if you’ve never worked in these they offer good dexterity with a bit of heat resistance

I got these gloves after a Youtube review on gloves by an accomplished combat shooter. Out of the 5 he recommended, these fit my price point, quality, and fit. I have a pair of Beretta shooting gloves that I use for my hand gun shooting. These I will be using on my AR platform. I can't speak to durability or touch screen, but from what the expert said, you can run these hard and they will last you for about 6 months of hard training. Me, they'll probably last me a lifetime... LOL

I originally bought these as my entry to motorcycling gloves. They were better than nothing, but would have ripped apart if I crashed.

These are really designed for shooting range use, with the re-enforced trigger finger for wear protection.

They are extremely nice to wear though, which makes sense for their intended use. Probably the most dexterous glove I've worn other than latex.

If you are doing very light mechanical work they would be okay, but mine did start to show wear after 4 months of riding...and that's just holding onto a grip.
