Looks to be the real deal, brand name MIRA as listed on unit. The only knock I can see is it is wrapped in a single layer of plastic wrap as if it was being stored and not ready to use immediately. I just ordered it for my "emergency stash". This could have many uses in times to come, it is meant to filter out certain toxins in a worst case scenario. Just be prepared. Hopefully this never happens.

The only "short coming" I could have seen, is there is no information available to tell what is in this product, such as duration. But I will trust in others' comments and purchases. It is the best of all of what I found available to choose from for a first time collector. I don't know what future situation could require it, if it would ever need replacement, I can not know that. It was worth it, a good investment.

I'm prepared. Will this kit serve me in the coming years, only time will tell. If/when the need arises, I will let you know. As always, if you're prepared, you can only benefit and if I'm going to put in the work of preparing and prepping, then so is Mira Safety. It's the price of admission. My choice.
