I bought a couple of these a few months ago, and they both would jam when i would only load 4 or 5 rounds! Follower would jam and then it was really hard to unjam it and get the rounds out. Then i got busy and forgot to return them in time so i got stuck with them. But... I read all these people saying don't lube your magazines! But i felt it was definitely worth trying a lube, i happened upon one article that said some shooters lube their mags with Lucas oil dry wax lube (can't remember what it's called exactly) you spray it on and let it dry. I decided to try it and I let it sit for a few weeks until i finally got some damn 380acp in. I can't believe it! It friggin works now!!! Only problem now is the slide gets stuck on it when it's empty, though a good yank takes care of that. But it could be my Ruger because the factory mags did that too until i sent it in and Ruger fixed it. So not sure. I also like the way they feel in the gun. More to grab onto. Also i emailed promag and asked what's the deal with their mags, none have worked! Basically just said Ruger and others have patents in their mags, but he never mentioned lubing it at all. I'm pretty pleased with these now though.
