Factory scope fogs up

I purchased the 770 last year for a spare for one of my sons to hunt with me. The bolt action is kinda sloppy and catchy but the gun fires beautifully. No complaints really about the gun. Especially considering the price. The scope on the other hand, well its pure junk. It started fogging up. It fogs on the inside and there is noway to access that spot to wipe it off. When it does clear up it never really does become crystal clear like it should. I been looking online and havent been able to find anykind of a warranty to cover the scope. I bought a new scope for the rifle. And belive me when i say its a huge disappointment to be changing scopes in the middle of rifle season.
