    These were new condition, perfect fit, and really light weight. They have draw straps to adjust waist size. They fit me great, the XL I bought was right at 35" and has enough room for my ample girth. Highly recommend. If I needed to wear a uniform again, these would be the first choice for work pants. The XL size fits a 35"-37" waist. For someone with an extra large butt like me, it was just right. You could also wear these as lounge pants. They look really stylish and you won't find better quality.
