These shorts are great. Thick tough cotton. But not hot. Takes a little long to dry if splashed but not bad. Comfortable good fit. Subdued camo is good and works well with a black or dark grey shirt. As a bonus, my wife hates them. So you know that means they're basically perfect

like others have said. No consistency to sizes. I am 6'4" 260 muscular build. Have worn xxl shorts/pants for many years. Solid 42" waist in everything I wear. Originally got xxl and they are huge! Literally 4" too big. I like the shorts so I wear them just bunched up with a belt. Trying to wash on hot to shrink them. I just ordered these in xl and these are more of a true xl and too tight for me. Having to return them and get the xxl. Just gonna have to wash and dry on super hot to shrink them a little. :) love these shorts if I could only find a size to fit!!!
