About the Author:Scott A. Duff is the author of several books focused on collecting the M1 Garand including The M1 Garand: Owner's Guide. He is the President of Scott A. Duff Publications, a publishing company specializing in historical and technical military subjects. Mr. Duff is on the Board of Directors of the Garand Collectors Association and is a Life Member of the National Rifle Association. He has over twelve years experience collecting, building, and shooting United States military rifles.
