    There are a lot of companies that have made the claim that their knife is the "Official Knife of the US Navy SEALS", but the Mk3 Mod O is the only knife issued to BUDS graduates. A stout piece of steel. A true survival knife. The lanyard and leg tie downs are the only weak points. They're basically lightweight shoelaces and should be replaced with something more durable like paracord.
