USGI M1 Garand Bandolier
The USGI M1 Garand bandolier is designed to carry six en-bloc clips, bringing your grand total of available ammunition to a modest 48 rounds. These original bandoliers are unused and in excellent condition.
As noted, each USGI M1 Garand bandolier offered by Keepshooting.com is an authentic United States Military surplus item. These original government-manufacture bandoliers were originally designed for and used by service men in the U.S. Army, Navy, Marine Corps and Air Force while the M1 Garand served as the standard-issue service rifle from 1936 to 1957.
Each USGI M1 Garand bandolier is an unissued piece of military surplus. As such, they remain unused and in excellent condition, ready to begin their service lives. Each is free from the typical rips, tears, stains and scents that are characteristic of previously issued military surplus. Those looking for a unique accessory for their M1 Garand will find the USGI M1 Garand bandolier to be not only a great display piece, but a great practical piece as well.
The USGI M1 Garand bandolier measures approximately 22 1/2 inches long and 4 3/4 inches wide and is constructed entirely from a lightweight, olive drab cotton material. The bandolier features six separate pouches, each of which measures approximately 3 3/4 inches by 4 3/4 inches and is designed to carry one en-bloc clip each. This provides for a total of 48 rounds. Additionally, each pouch contains a cardboard insert designed to accept the en-bloc clip so that is may be safely stored inside the bandolier.
Each bandolier may also feature USGI markings. The bandolier pictured is marked with "CAL. 30 BALL M2, 8 RD CLIPS, LC 39454" though the markings on the bandolier you receive may vary.
It does not get much better than an authentic, unused USGI M1 Garand bandolier. Consider this bandolier for:
