Stupidly Cheap for The Money

Has Molle AND Belt loops for a KBar - or a lot of other stuff- costs less than a couple of cheap plastic Molle straps - never mind the milspec webbing. - to attach a lot of different gear ( knife , tourniquet, epi pens, whatever )
