have used these caps for years and just wanted some more to leave at the places I visit in the cool/cold weather

No better headwear in the winter in my opinion. The wool keeps my head and ears warm in even the coldest weather yet doesn't overheat my head when i go inside in the heat. I have bought three of these over the years and will continue to do so.

Husband liked it. His uncle used to wear one.

Had this beanie for about 2 years now and it has done its job. It is the warmest beanie for my head by far. Price is great as well. It does stretch a lot over time or it is because my head is just large. I followed the label and did a cold wash with light detergent. I did not wring it but patted it to remove most of the water out. I let it sit in the bathroom to dry for the day. Next morning the wool weave was tight again.

I know some reviews did not like it at all but I found this beanie to work well for me. I have many other beanies ranging from generic walgreens brand to some tactical polar fleece ones. But this fits my head the best.
