You've Identified this Item Incorrectly review by Ted on 7/9/2017The chevrons you have listed here are ONLY WORN by the Sergeant Major of the Marine Corps, and there is only ONE of them in the entire Corps at any time
The chevrons for a Marine Corps Sergeant Major ( of which number probably between 100 - 200 at any one time in the Corps) have only a single large 5 pointed star where the Eagle, Globe, and Anchor is in your picture - and no smaller stars bracketing it.
