How to Measure: Measure horizontally from end to end where the belt loops are located for the waist. For the hip width, measure horizontally from cargo side pocket to cargo side pocket. The inseam length can be found by measuring from the crotch down the end of the BDU Pants. Use the chart to find your measurement.

i bought 3 pairs of these ,they are now three yrs old,the cloth is ok,the cargo pockets are small,they are a far cry from the size of issue pockets,they will not hold an issue poncho.
these are not the quality of issue by a long shot and for the price they are not a deal ,but better then nothing, but again a far cry from issue.

I had to purchase 4 pair of these Rothco pants to get the right size. All 4 pair measured differently by a inch or two. That's called poor quality control! Buyers beware.
