Thinking about a buy...do it!

On my third pair...not much to say but good things...love them being all cotton...wear well and look cool like Levi’s when they wear. Wished the mfg made these w/o the cargo pockets...make the GI issued olives that had pockets like Farrah jeans in the 70’s...I keep looking for this style but will come back to this pant whenever I need another pair.

These are no where near old school jungle OG107's

Poorly made, not even close to real OG 107 jungles.

100% Pre-Shrunk Cotton

Review by Marna J.

Although this product is 100% cotton don't buy a size larger thinking it will shrink, it won't. I'm 6'/240 and bought the XXL. After 3 washing's in scalding hot water, if it shrunk at all it's not noticeable. I then discovered these are pre-washed, and therefore pre-shrunk, so I ordered an XL and it's just right. The XXL's are in storage in case I should have a growth spurt someday.

Lightweight

I got these today. July 12th, 2020. I normally wear 46-48. I ordered 3XL. I should have ordered 2XL. The fabric is very lightweight. It doesn't feel very durable. They feel more like lounge wear. I'm not satisfied with the nylon drawstring. I would prefer a cotton drawstring. Nevertheless still pleased with my purchase.

These are the best cotton BDU’s

I have been wearing BDU pants and shorts exclusively for about 15 years. These Rothco are my favorite all-cotton BDU’s because they are softer than the long-lasting, “issue” Propper 100% cotton, and they are far more durable than the other knock off cotton BDU’s.

On top of all that, as far as I know, these are the only ones on the market with the 60’s era Tiger Stripe (it looks different now,) and I think it’s a nicer print. I love the OD pair I have because I think the rip-stop pattern just looks cool after a couple washings.

BTW, I love these so much that I buy them and turn them into shorts because they’re the best 100% cotton shorts.

sizing is all over the place

I usually wear a 38 or 40, so I bought the XL. They were big but almost fit if I cinched the adjusters all the way down but they were still huge and falling down. The Large is supposed to go up to 39 do I sent them back and got the Large. The large was so small I couldn't even come close to getting them buttoned. So, the range between Large and XL is about the width of the Grand Canyon. That said, you might want to order a few pairs and send back the ones that are way off, or you'll be sending them back and forth for a while. I gave up. Lost a lot of money sending things back and forth and got nothing.

Not as advertised

See through fabric like gauze. Nothing like the real deal.

Great for re-enactments

Wish the color was more of an OD green but it’s alright, I wish they were made in longs but as a tall skinny guy they still fit well, material isn’t as thin as some people would have you believe, it’s comparable to my current uniform
