How to Measure: Measure horizontally from end to end where the belt loops are located for the waist. For the hip width, measure horizontally from cargo side pocket to cargo side pocket. The inseam length can be found by measuring from the crotch down the end of the BDU Pants. Use the chart to find your measurement.

I wear a 34" waist and 32"leg and ordered a large, they are a little too big even after tightening the waist straps and trying to shrink in wash and dryer, and while wearing a belt. My own fault on ordering wrong size. Will be getting mediums. The pants themselves tho, are awesome. Quick shipping also a plus. 4 stars only because of the weird size chart.
