This knife is styled after the legendary World War II Marine Corps Fighting and Utility Knife. The Fighting and Utility Knife is commonly referred to as being a "Ka-Bar" which originates from the name of the original manufacturer. With original World War II Ka-Bar knives costing hundreds of dollars, the demand for a Ka-Bar styled knife that does not carry decades of history resulted in the production of this knife.
