Legit judo gi for an insane priceI have been doing judo for about 6 years now and have gone through a lot of gis in that time. When I saw an actual French military judo uniform for 25 bucks I figured why not try it and im honestly blown away. The heavyweight cotton is thick and sturdy and the rice weave texture gives it that classic feel that you want in a proper judo gi. The reinforcement at the collar and stress points is legit and I can tell this thing was built to handle serious grappling because my training partners had a hard time getting a grip to rip during randori. Ive been training in it three times a week for about a month now and it still looks great after multiple washes. My sensei actually asked me where I got it because he wants one too. For 25 dollars including the jacket pants and belt this is the best deal in martial arts gear ive ever seen.

Excellent bargain; top-notch qualityI train taekwondo, but I always wanted to have a backup uniform for class that was more traditional. The price of this uniform was a no-brainer, even though it's a judo/Japanese-style that's different from a commercial taekwondo dobok. This uniform is reinforced and built really strong, I'm guessing for grabs and throws and grappling. Quality is excellent; it takes a beating and is very roomy with excellent freedom of movement. If you're not used to a judo or Japanese -style uniform, you might find that the top is heavier weight than uniforms you've worn for your style. The closure system is different than a modern Korean-type uniform, so you might find yourself cinching up your belt differently or more frequently; but the overall fit and amazing quality more than make up for that. The knees of the pants are well reinforced, which is great. Speaking of the pants, they work fine for all your kicking/running/conditioning needs. The built-in waist ribbon again is different that other uniforms you might be used to, but it works fine once you get it tied to where it works keeping the pants in place
Roomy, sturdy, easy to clean (shrinks a bit first few washes), comfortable, warm for winter training or if your gym is cold; aesthetically, the way it's cut and designed it looks sharp
None really, as long as you're aware of the nature of the uniform (grappling versus stand-up martial arts) and that it is on the heavy side.
