The entire return runs through our online returns center. Here’s exactly what to expect.

    Click Start Your Return to open our self-service returns portal in a new tab.

    Look Up Your Order

    Enter your order number and the email or ZIP on the order to pull it up — no account login needed.

    Pick Items & Print the Label

    Select what you’re sending back, choose a reason, and print your return shipping label right from the portal.

  4. 4

    Ship It & Get Refunded

    Drop the package off. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued to your original payment method.

The Policy

A few things worth knowing

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the date you receive your order. Start the request through the returns center and follow the prompts — that’s the fastest path to a resolution, and our team is on the other end if a request needs a closer look.

Free-shipping orders: orders that qualified for free shipping have a $9.95 restocking fee deducted from the refund if items are returned — it covers the outbound shipping we absorbed plus handling. See shipping rates for the details.

Regulated products: for safety and legal reasons, some items — such as ammunition and firearms that have completed transfer — may be subject to additional restrictions or may not be eligible for return.
