I've been waiting yearsIf you own a Remington 597 you already know the pain factory mags are notoriously hit or miss and the aftermarket has been a graveyard of failed designs for decades. This mag is different. The 10 round capacity feeds .22 LR flawlessly and the construction is solid. Dropped one into my 597 and it locked in with a positive click, no wobble, no fitting required. Ran about 200 rounds of CCI Mini-Mag and some bulk Federal through it at the range zero malfunctions, zero failures to feed, zero rim lock issues which is huge for a .22 LR mag. The feed lips are precisely formed and the follower runs smooth all the way through. The fact that this mag has been recognized since 2011 as the best 597 mag on the market tells you everything you need to know. At this price for a mag that actually works your buying multiples.
